In November we sent an email out to our youth worker network to ask them eight questions about the health of their ministries and of themselves. As a result, we got 28 responses which gave us some insights into how they and their ministries are doing.
On December 8th a panel discussion was held and recorded to process the answers to the survey questions.
As a result of the survey the following two goals arose:
- Encourage our CLB churches to support and encourage their youth workers and youth ministries (especially during this pandemic)
- Remind youth workers that they are a part of a network of youth workers who care about each other and desire to be resources to one another
