At the end of our meetings one day, we were hosted for a meal at Good Shepherd LBC, given a tour of the new construction, and heard from Good Shepherd’s sr pastor, Mark Tungseth about God’s goodness to the church, and the ways in which God’s blessing and coming kingdom is being seen at Good Shepherd. God is doing great things at all of our congregations; every Lord’s Day and every day between He is bringing His Gospel to us and affirming His great love. In some places we see very visibly signs of God’s advancing kingdom, through the growth of outreach, witness, and ministry. Good Shepherd is one of those parts of the larger body where we are seeing plainly the expanding of Gospel mission in the community.
