Following YC, I flew to Chicago for a conference, but before was privilged to meet and spend the afternoon with one of our military chaplains, Shawn Osborne, stationed at Naval Station Great Lakes, working with and ministering to sailor recruits there. It was clearly evident how Chaplain Shawn has brought an incredible conviction and passion to his ministry there. Since my visit, Shawn is in the process of transitioning to a Navy Reserve chaplaincy role, and I am eager to see with him the next settings and roles of ministry in which God will use him.
